Life By Aura will only refund orders canceled within 24 hours of order placement with a 10% cancellation fee.

To cancel your order, please send an email to lifebyaura@gmail.com. Include in the subject line that you are requesting a cancellation (i.e. [Cancellation] order number and full name).

Unfortunately, due to limited processing time, if you request a refund after the first 24 hours of your order, we will not be able to cancel it.

If you wish to make an exchange, return, or warranty claim for any of our products purchased online, you may do so in one of two ways:

Please note that after analyzing and verifying the condition of the product, Life By Aura reserves the right to accept exchanges, returns, or guarantees.

Exchange and refund policy:

You must provide your invoice or order number with the registered identification number.

Promotional or discounted products cannot be exchanged.

For your request to be approved, the product(s) to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition and characteristics in which it was received. Consequently, the product(s) must have the labels and tags still attached and be in its original packaging.

There must be no modification or alteration of the original condition of the product.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be made if the right of withdrawal is exercised for purchases made through the Virtual Store (Online) and in the cases and conditions provided for in Law 1480 of 2011, article 47, provided that it is exercised within the following five (5) working days from the receipt of the product.

If the above conditions are met, Life By Aura will refund the total amount paid for the items. This refund does not include shipping costs, which will be paid by the customer without any deductions or discounts. The refund will be made within a maximum of ten (10) calendar days by bank transfer or credit card charge.

Please note that the client is responsible for the shipping costs of returning any products and exercising their right of withdrawal.

Warranty:

At Life By Aura, we distribute products with guaranteed quality.

However, if during the warranty period, the product is found to be defective despite proper use, or if it is not delivered in perfect condition, we will proceed as follows:

The warranty period is five (5) days from the date of invoicing of the product.

The result of the technical evaluation carried out by Life By Aura will determine whether the warranty is accepted.
